The room was absolutely spotless and had all the amenities I needed, from a hairdryer to tea and coffee. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the free parking was an added bonus. I highly recommend this guest house for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great start to our stay at Eildon Guest House. Jacqueline allowed us to park and check in early, making things very convenient. The property is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom with a TV was a luxurious surprise. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the town center.

Despite the negative aspects, there were a few positives about my stay. the guesthouse did offer free parking, which was convenient as I had my own car. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. However, I did not find many more advantages during my stay that I enjoyed. I would not recommend this guesthouse for a Christmas getaway.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely at ease at this charming guest house. The hostess, Jacqueline, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing thoughtful amenities such as a well-appointed en-suite bathroom, tea/coffee tray in the room, and even a magnifying mirror. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and plush towels that we wished we could take home. The central location made it easy for us to walk to nearby dinner venues, and the breakfast spread offered a variety of fresh fruit, continental, and cooked options that kept us satisfied until dinner. The friendly staff treated us like family, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great Stay! Jacqueline, the owner, was fantastic and provided excellent service. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, like an iron and kettle. The guesthouse was in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and the castle. It was also in a quiet area, which was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot and cold options. one of the best guesthouses I've stayed in. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend it. Don't miss out!
