I had an incredible stay at the hotel, where the service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was addressed by name and felt warmly welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special. One staff member even painted my son's face before the scheduled face painting time, showing their attentiveness and kindness. The club level experience was a real treat, with high-quality breakfast options and delicious canapes in the evening. The gym and facilities were fantastic, and I felt secure with their tight security measures. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the pool area needing renovations and the limited options for a continental breakfast, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options at the restaurant, and breakfast offers a variety of choices to start the day.

The rooms had a minimalist and comfortable design. the staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. the location was ideal for my needs, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The food options were limited with little variety. my stay was enjoyable but could have been improved with some extra attention to these details.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional service and luxurious amenities. The Spa and Wellness centre here is truly outstanding, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling relaxed and refreshed. The swimming pool was another highlight of this hotel, with plenty of sun loungers available as well as a poolside snack bar offering delicious drinks and light bites.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the in-room breakfast service, which was a bit slow in comparison to the rest of the hotel's services. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this venue.
