The hotel's outdoor design creates a safe and airy atmosphere. The cleaning protocol is excellent and staff take necessary precautions. The spacious lawn and rabbit zoo provide a nice holiday feel for children. it was a worthwhile stay.

Impeccable Service and Great Location

During my recent stay at the Sheraton, I was truly impressed by the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable stay. One specific instance that stood out was when I requested an extra bed for my room. Despite their busy schedule, they promptly delivered the bed and made sure it was set up to my satisfaction.

The hotel is perfectly located in the busy street area, offering easy access to nearby attractions and shops. The breakfast restaurant, situated in the hills, provides a picturesque view while enjoying a delicious meal. The towers offer stunning panoramas of Bandung's landscape. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are clean and modern, providing a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests. The breakfast spread is diverse and satisfying, with options like chocolate, vanilla, and green tea doughnuts.

This luxury hotel provides exclusive amenities that create a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Steam room are well-staffed and offer a range of relaxing treatments. The gorgeous outdoor swimming pool with its own Sun terrace and Garden area is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. The dinner at the restaurant was exceptional thanks to their Special diet menus that catered to my dietary needs.

The Snack bar was a bit slow in service, but that was a minor issue compared to the overall quality of my stay at this hotel. The private facilities including the Leisure/ TV room and Picnic area/ Tables were sadly closed.

Liked the Fun Family Activities and Central Location. Spent my Christmas with my family in a hotel and it was amazing. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the abundance of kid-friendly activities. Our kids enjoyed horse-riding, rabbits and swimming pool so much! The location of the hotel was perfect for us, nestled right in the heart of the city, surrounded by the best shopping and dining experiences. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they upgraded our room for free and were available 24/7.

Dislikes Maintenance and Cleaning. Although we generally enjoyed our stay, we did have some negative experiences.
