Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. the view was also quite impressive, especially from the higher floors. the hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the city center and airport, which was very convenient.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were located in the spa and not easily accessible, so I couldn't use them. the playground area for children was also closed off.

The hotel is starting to show signs of age, with outdated facilities and a slight damp smell in some rooms.

The spa at Sheraton really exceeded my expectations. The services were top-notch and the garden added a serene touch to the experience. I also appreciated the accommodating staff at the reception and the access to the club lounge. Despite breakfast not being free, the overall service made up for it.

The only negative aspect is the lack of entertainment options such as a night club or live performances.
