Enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express in Johnson City. Delicious breakfast options, especially the egg white veggie omelette and turkey sausage. Comfy beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. Staff was incredibly helpful and polite, quickly addressing any issues.

The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast that was satisfactory. the location of the hotel was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Additionally, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff.

There were some issues with the noise level in the hotel. On one occasion, there were loud conversations in the hallway late at night, causing disturbance during sleep.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient bike storage and repair station available at the hotel. It made our stay hassle-free and allowed us to easily explore the beautiful surrounding areas.

The hotel had clean rooms with all the necessary amenities like a fridge and microwave. the location was convenient, close to the highway, which made it easy to get around. Plus, the hotel looked really new and well-kept.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. I was given a room right next to the elevator and ice machine, which made it really noisy throughout the night.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Johnson City for the second time. My stay was for a sad occasion, as I was attending a funeral, and they were very accommodating with my request for an earlier check-in time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great AC unit with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the guest appreciation night where I could take a beer up to my room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the man working the breakfast buffet was also very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, updated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to ETSU and the interstate. There was a lovely patio behind the hotel that provided a quiet area to relax and reminisce with family. it was a modern and comfortable stay, perfect for my needs during a difficult time.
