The staff were excellent and very friendly. The hotel is strategically located next to a mega mall. The breakfast spread was wonderful with great taste and variety. The gym was well-equipped and tidy.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We were granted a late check out and early check in, which made our stay at Sheraton even more convenient. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the city and connected to a major mall. The rooms were clean and had excellent internet access. The hotel even had ATM machines in the lobby for added convenience.

The hotel provided a great selection of food for breakfast and the staff were always prompt in replenishing it. The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business meetings in the city. the room was quite spacious and clean.

The Wi-Fi connection in my room was very weak and often disconnected. , the gym equipment was outdated and in need of replacement.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Surabaya that was situated in a perfect area. It was right next to a mega mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The location definitely added to the overall experience. The room I stayed in had a charming view of the hotel's swimming pool and the city, which was quite pleasant. The customer service was impeccable, and the staff made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.

The spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, with its steam room, massage, and Jacuzzi. The restaurant had an exquisite menu, including special diet menus, and the snack bar was perfect for a quick bite. The location was great, with a big mall next to the hotel that provided many shopping and dining options.

Although the hotel was luxurious and provided excellent service, there was a minor issue with my room facilities. The swimming pool was too crowded for my liking, and I could not find a sun lounger available.
