The hotel is conveniently located near the promenade and offers a great view of the bay. The staff is excellent and always ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a superb king-size bed. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as fresh fruit and good coffee. Additionally, there is a pleasant snack bar where you can enjoy a drink or snack throughout the day.

Some parts of the hotel could use a bit of touch-up to refresh its appearance.

The hotel is walking distance from the beach and easily accessible from the city center. The receptionists are helpful and kind. The bar serves a good breakfast. The room on the 7th floor has a fantastic view, with a balcony. The staff is friendly and breakfast offers a variety of choices, including fresh fruit.

The hotel is located in a less frequented area, away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, but still within walking distance of most sights. You can easily explore the city on foot, taking a leisurely stroll to the beautiful Ondarretta Beach or the vibrant City Centre. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and I was pleasantly surprised by the huge super king bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-appointed. We were particularly impressed with the fact that the windows could be opened, allowing fresh air into the room. As dog owners, we were thrilled to find that the hotel was dog-friendly and even provided a food and water bowl for our furry friend. The garage was secure and convenient, especially for us as we had a wheelchair user in our group. The hotel's location was also perfect, with plenty of local eateries, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the west end of the beach, where there was a lovely garden promenade. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and excellent location.

I had a fantastic stay at Sercotel. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and a pleasant stroll to the old town. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the town and sea from the 6th floor. The staff were kind and accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, providing a great base for exploring the city. I highly recommend Sercotel for a wonderful stay in San Sebastian.

Great hotel in an upmarket, quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the city center. the reception staff were fantastic - very helpful and provided us with directions to nearby parking and a map of the city. the room was clean and lovely, with a massive and comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a good choice of food. the location was fabulous, right in the heart of things with a bus stop outside for easy access to the city. the receptionist was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
