The hotel is well located, with restaurants, a supermarket, and souvenir stores nearby. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely walk to the seaside. The staff at the front desk are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to anticipate guests' needs, even offering to prepare breakfast for an early morning departure. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious selection of local dishes, including the famous Bubur Manado.

The gym and swimming pool are not up to par, with limited facilities and smoking allowed in the pool area, despite signs indicating it is prohibited.

I had a truly amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. Everything was just perfect! The staff here were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick, which was great because I had an early morning flight. The room was incredibly comfortable with a well-working central AC and cozy wooden floors. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the big bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner fixed into the wall. The hotel had a great location too, with plenty of shopping stores, restaurants, and mini markets nearby. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was nice although there were not many options available. the staff was friendly, and the hotel was in a convenient location, only a short distance from the beach and shopping area.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not like. the room decor was outdated and in need of some repair work.
