Great value for money, good swimming pool, clean and comfy rooms, convenient location near the airport and Kuta Beach, friendly staff.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful pool and friendly staff. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to relax and take a dip. The staff were always there to assist with a warm smile and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, the hotel's prime location made it convenient to explore the city and access key attractions easily.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could have been improved. The cleanliness of the pool area could have been better, as there were instances where we had to wipe off bird droppings from the pool beds and tables.

We had a really nice stay here. The location might be a bit far from quieter beaches but it didn't matter to us as we enjoyed exploring around here. The service was great, the room service cleaned our room every day and we had access to car hire, dry cleaning and 24-hour room service. It was really helpful. We also appreciated the amazing welcome drink we got upon our check-in. The hotel has various facilities such as shops, laundry and tours/ticket assistance that made our stay even more comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Swiss-Belhotel Tuban! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had an early check-in when I wasn't feeling well. The modern and comfortable rooms were a delight, with comfy beds for a good night's sleep. The pool was a highlight, with loungers in the water allowing for quick cooling dips. The hotel is also conveniently located near Kuta beach, perfect for exploring the nearby restaurants and markets. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

While the hotel is brand new, there were still some areas that needed improvement. We experienced issues with the key/energy technology and noticed ongoing construction in certain parts of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main area of busy Kuta, making it easy to explore. It is also in close proximity to a nearby shopping center, perfect for those looking to indulge in some retail therapy. Additionally, there is a grocery store nearby, making it convenient for guests to stock up on any necessities they may need during their stay.

The cleaning times may be inconsistent, and there could be some room for improvement in terms of attention to detail in the cleaning process.

We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape. the room was clean and spacious, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding area. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and several restaurants and shops just a short walk away. we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The limited transportation options. It would have been nice to have more flexibility in terms of getting around, as taxis can add up quickly.
