Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, with the added convenience of a fitness center and well-maintained outdoor swimming pool, made my stay enjoyable, especially with the delicious breakfast options that catered to both local and international tastes.

The breakfast options were limited, I almost thought this was a fight for a spot at a veggie buffet! Also, the room had that lovely smell of lack of ventilation. After all my travels, I fully expected to be greeted with an upgrade or at least some flowers—wishful thinking, I guess. Truly disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a popular shopping mall, making it easy to explore local attractions. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for both swimming and relaxation after a day of backpacking. I appreciated the friendly staff, who provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The gym was somewhat outdated and lacked sufficient equipment for a good workout.

A Family-Friendly Stay with Excellent Staff Support

Despite a few hurdles upon arrival, we cherished our time here. The friendly staff truly went above and beyond, even assisting with an unexpected hospital visit! Breakfast options were great, especially in the quieter lounge. Pro tip, ask for the room facing the pool to avoid early morning disruptions.

the so-called 'deluxe' room had a view of a brick wall instead of the pool, how quaint! and don’t get me started on the breakfast, very limited options and staff shouting across the restaurant. as a guest who demands a suite upgrade for my troubles, i thought i would recieve some courtesy but alas, i was let down, what a shame!

Kids loved the pool area. Breakfast had a great variety, but coffee was disappointing.

The location offers easy access to Jl Pantai Kuta for shopping and meals. The pool view was a nice surprise during our stay.

The kids loved the pool with shade in the morning. We enjoyed the special kids' club with toys and games, giving us some time to unwind while our son played happily. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of tasty options to choose from.

In my wife’s opinion, there could be more activities for families like ours. A few planned events would be great to keep everyone entertained.
