I had an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect as it is near to everything and surrounded by mountains. There are so many good restaurants nearby which is very convenient. The room is spacious with complete facilities and it looks pretty new. The staff is very polite and helpful, typical Sundanese hospitality. Plus, the warm water swimming pool is a great experience with a fantastic view.

I highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Swiss-Belresort! The view from our room was breathtaking. The bed was so comfortable and the room was already cool without even turning on the AC. And the bathroom! Taking a bath with a view of the beautiful scenery was a truly unique experience.

The complementary Easter egg hunt and chocolate treats for the kids were a nice touch. the hotel's location near popular attractions and local restaurants made it convenient for exploring the area. the outdoor pool and scenic views were a highlight of the stay.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking and the bathroom had some notable issues. the breakfast buffet was of poor quality and service was slow.

Spacious room, sofa and bathtub. Excellent location, great view at night. Near good restaurants, affordable local shop. Good breakfast, friendly restaurant staff. Heated pool. Will return if no 1st floor room.
