The staff at this hotel, including Ani, Juan, Sri, Puspita, and the housekeeping team. The hotel is clean, with a nice outlook from the balcony. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were delicious, and the service was top-notch. The infinity pool was perfect for morning laps, and we loved the tasteful Balinese architecture and overall cleanliness of the entire hotel. The meals area overlooks a beautiful forest and rice terraces, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff ensured we were hydrated and kept the room mosquito-free. Observing monkeys on the property was a fun adventure, even though we learned not to feed them.

The location is great, super close to the center of Ubud and near the restaurant, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and the bathroom is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are limited, but the taste is still enjoyable. Additionally, the main pool offers a stunning view of the rice terraces.

The turndown service is inconsistent.

As young holiday goers, we loved the well-appointed and well-designed room, complete with a delightful plunge pool that was cleaned daily. The included breakfast offered a variety of choices and was presented beautifully. The meals in the restaurant were excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location near the Monkey Forest was convenient, allowing us to experience the nature-friendly vibe of Ubud.

We felt so welcome during our stay, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The spa and room service were great. The generous room size and good shower were enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay wonderful. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch.

The views are breathtaking with a beautiful pool and immaculate gardens. the staff are really friendly, attentive and the breakfast choices are great. Best aspects are the central location that allows walking everywhere, saving a lot transportation time and effort. Bonus, the rooms have their own plunge pool.

Some issues were common as it is they happen elsewhere in Bali, such as bugs and insects around. the minor downside was a not-though road, which meant cars could not easily access from the southern parts of the central area.

The only minor issue was the lack of BBQ facilities, which I had anticipated. Nonetheless, the restaurant provided a delectable selection of food to satisfy my cravings, including special diet menus.
