The location of the hotel was excellent. We were within walking distance to several attractions and there were many options of street vendors selling delicious food and drinks. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful information about the area.

The room we stayed in lacked basic amenities. the duvets were messily folded and there were not enough towels and slippers for the number of guests in the room.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. I had a really great stay at this hotel! First of all, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with balconies that offer a great view. The hotel is also strategically located at the center of the amusement site, making it very convenient to visit nearby tourist attractions like the Museum Angkut. Furthermore, the staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, ensuring that my needs were met during my stay. Plus, the basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, including breakfast options that were included and terrace leading to the garden. this hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant stay.

I must say, my recent stay at The Batu Hotel & Villas was quite pleasant. The breakfast they served was really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The bed in my room was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the keycards for the doors and the free drinking water refill.

Although my overall experience was positive, I did encounter a few minor issues. the hotel didn't include air conditioning in the room, which was a bit disappointing.
