The staff were kind and friendly, always willing to help. The room was big and clean, with comfortable beds and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The hotel was ideally located, near to a school we were visiting and to a great restaurant called Sacred Rice.

There were a couple of issues that detracted from our experience. the poor quality of the water in the pool, which made swimming unappealing.

The location was perfect, being easily accessible from the city center. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a beautiful bathtub. The entire complex was beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved the private pool overlooking the lush greenery. it was a truly beautiful and luxurious experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff treated me like family and were incredibly helpful and caring. The location was great, nestled in the beautiful jungle away from the busy streets of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, and I could choose items from both English and Continental breakfast. The transportation services were convenient, with scooter rental and taxis available. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and welcoming staff were the best aspects of this hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The private villa with its jungle outlook and pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. The super comfortable beds guarantee a restful night's sleep. The staff, like Mr Made, are friendly and always ready to help, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the resort provides a car service when needed, and the breakfast options, particularly the Indonesian dishes, are delicious.

The bathroom lighting is limited and the cleanliness and service could be improved.

The pool offers a relaxed vibe and the breakfast is included in the price. Very attentive staff provide recommendations and assistance before any problems arise.
