We stayed at a luxurious hotel with a splendid view and extraordinary services. The staff, including the general manager, housekeeping manager, and travel manager, treated us like family. Everyone from the security guard to the cleaning staff and receptionists was hospitable and friendly. The hotel had the best food in Aqaba, and the room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and a pool and sea view. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and provided resolution to any personal problems we had.

What really stood out was the exceptional treatment we received from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend!

We were blown away by the high-quality services and facilities at this venue. The location is perfect – nestled in a quiet area but still close to the city centre and right on the beach. From room service to car hire, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar.

This hotel is located in a new neighbourhood near the center, and offers a beautiful view of the Red Sea from its sandy beach. The breakfast was quite tasty, and the staff are hospitable. Rooms are big, clean and comfy with amazing design. The outdoor pool, with palm trees and sunbeds, was breathtaking.

The WiFi connection around the pool should be improved.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that caters to all exclusive needs. the staff provided exceptional service and ensured all requests were met. the Spa and wellness center was outstanding, offering a variety of treatments including body scrubs, massages and facials. the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a great place to relax in the sun. the hotel restaurant was exquisite, with a range of delicious meals served in the outdoor dining area.

The only minor issue was the expensive prices at the bar, however, this did not detract from the overall fantastic experience.

The gym was small with limited options compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed in. the food lacked flavor and, at times, took a while to be delivered.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Arabic-themed restaurant at the hotel called Kubba Levantine. The visually stunning decor and delicious meals made it a great dining experience. What truly set it apart was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Odei Hassanat. He personally attended to us, explaining every detail and making us feel like valued guests. It felt like having a friend and host looking after us throughout our meals and drinks. Mr. Hassanat truly made our stay special.
