I recently had a wonderful stay at The Mansion in Ubud. The suite was beautifully furnished and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathtub. The resort itself was stunning, with multiple pools and plenty of lounging areas. The service was outstanding, making it one of my best hotel experiences yet. The facilities were amazing, including a gym, spa, and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and greeted us warmly. The property also made an effort to reduce plastic water bottle waste, which I appreciated.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with 5 pools and beautiful gardens throughout the large grounds. It was great to have the option of using the free shuttle service to get to and from the center of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The Indonesian style mansion had a charming shabby chic vibe that was surprisingly appealing. The extensive, well-maintained grounds with 5 swimming pools were absolutely jaw-dropping. The magical evenings, lit up with garden lights, created a romantic atmosphere. The staff, especially Krisma and Jun, provided outstanding service throughout our four-day stay. The delicious cocktails and daily happy hour were a super bonus. The shuttle service into central Ubud was great, although we'd recommend not walking due to the hairy roads. This hotel surpassed all others, making our anniversary celebration unforgettable with flower decoration and a wonderful dinner. The free shuttle service to Ubud center, along with the great pool views and comfortable room, made it a 5-star experience. The staff was excellent, making us feel welcome and ensuring that nothing was too much trouble. It's a perfect location for couples, with 6 different outdoor pools and helpful staff. The food and beverages were reasonably priced, definitely worth it.

The hotel grounds were absolutely stunning, with beautiful pools and lush gardens. the architecture and design of the resort created many picturesque spots for photography. It is a perfect place for honeymooners, located in a peaceful area. the hotel's transport service was convenient for getting to the nearby town. the traditional Balinese dance show on Thursday night was a delightful cultural experience.

One negative aspect was the initial room allocation, which was in a far corner and on an upper floor. However, they did accommodate my request to change rooms.

The unique Balinese-style bedrooms were stunning and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous with its stone flooring. We also enjoyed the multiple swimming pools and the excellent food at the restaurant and poolside. we had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend The Mansion Resort Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Ubud.

The resort boasts stunning pools and facilities, including a gym and a rooftop restaurant with a dance floor. The shuttle service to the center of town is an added convenience.

The shuttle bus to the city could have been more frequent, making it easier to explore. the kids club was quite simple and not very clean.

The hotel is located in the beautiful foothills near Ubud, with a free shuttle into the center. The breakfast was amazing, with a mix of Indonesian and European options. The beds were super comfy and the pools and gardens were lovely. We also loved the quiet and artistic nature of the hotel.
