Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The lobby's bathroom was out of service, and the alternative bathroom on the first floor was found to be dirty.

A pleasant surprise during my stay - the hotel's cafe/restaurant stayed open late, making it convenient for snacks. The club sandwiches were delicious! Plus, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The reception staff were helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel for a few days' stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated on a pretty busy street with easy access to all the attractions. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area and a terrace where we could relax. Reasonably priced hotel near Santa Justa station and easy walk to city center and tourist areas. Clean and spacious rooms, with friendly and flexible housekeeping staff. Efficient check-in and good value for money. Good wifi throughout.

Nothing all excellent.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision. the complementary champagne and mince pies were a lovely touch. the hotel was in a prime location, close to the train station and walking distance to the biggest shopping centre in the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. the room was spacious, well decorated and we enjoyed the great city views from our window.

Although there were many options available, the hot food seemed to be pre-packaged and not freshly cooked. We also found the pillows to be quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
