The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to Kuta beach and the main road where you can find a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was cosy and well-furnished, making us feel like we were staying in a more premium hotel. The bathroom was clean and the amenities provided were of high quality. We also enjoyed the peaceful courtyard with a lovely pool. the hotel offered great value for money.

They waived the cancellation charges and made our trip hassle-free. the hotel itself was clean, with basic rooms and hot showers. the swimming pool was surrounded by lush vegetation, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. it was a value-for-money stay and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Bali!

Great staff, welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness was spot on. Spacious rooms with good aircon and English channels. Terrific location, close to restaurants and street food. Compensated with upgrade to deluxe room. Owner and staff provided exceptional service. Quiet street yet close to busy Kuta area.

During Christmas, two complimentary drinks were given upon arrival, and the staff was friendly and approachable. the hotel’s location is ideal for tourists, with the beach and shopping areas being a short distance away. the room had a cozy feeling that made me feel like I was at home.

The room provided was much smaller than expected from the pictures online. the bright sun streaming in from the glass washroom area caused oversleeping in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool is really nice surrounded by plants and with sun loungers. The room was comfy! The location is near to the main streets in Kuta so you can walk everywhere easily. Great for families with children.
