the rooms are slightly on the small side, which is quite underwhelming for a hotel that claims to be luxurious. i also experienced some really annoying noise during the night from other guests. honestly, i wouldve expected a complimentary upgrade to a better room for the inconvenience—if only i had the privilege. absoluteley disappointing.

Staying at The Pavilion Hotel Kuta was delightful, especially enjoying the serene pool area surrounded by lush greenery. The proximity to local food stalls offering delicious street food like ayam mee soto was a fantastic bonus.

I appreciated the friendly staff who allowed me to wash up before my late flight. The rooms were decent and clean, with easy access to nearby food spots for tasty local cuisine. Consider bringing face towels as they are not provided. Enjoy the beautiful garden area!

Room storage extremely limited with a combined wardrobe and kettle shelf!!! Shower pressure weakens dramatically after just a few minutes, and the toilet flush is clunky at best!!! Unhygienic conditions around the pool with a caged cat and poorly maintained litter!!! More sun loungers would be appreciated!!!

Chur, the place was real nice, heaps clean, and comfy. Just a bit of a tight squeeze in the room, but the staff were sweet as!

Staff was super helpful! ! They even carried our luggage to our rooms and got us fresh towels when we didn’t want cleaning! Plus, there’s a bakery nearby with these delicious peanut cookies, trust me, you gotta try them!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what you get.

No toiletries in the room!!! A few more pillows wouldn’t hurt!!! More plug points are needed. it can feel a bit cramped with luggage!!! Room size is tight for more than one suitcase!!!

The staff were just incredible, so friendly and welcoming! My room was lekker and clean, and I had a lovely view of the pool—perfect for those afternoon chill sessions. Proximity to food spots was a huge bonus, I literally walked to dinner every night!

the pavilion hotel kuta is super chill, really close to the party strip so u can just walk to all the fun. the staff is so nice and helpful, especially with stray cats too, which is really cute! the rooms r nice and clean, and the pool area is smooth for hanging out. also, there r a lot of local food spots around, so u won’t go hungry. spent some awesome nights here.

but it got really noisy at night from other guests, and room storage was a bit of a struggle. also, the shower pressure wasn't consistent at all!

The location is fantastic. nestled in a quiet alley yet close to Kuta's nightlife and local markets. The staff are exceptional. always friendly and willing to help with dry cleaning or recommendations.

I wish there were more toiletries provided and perhaps breakfast options would be nice.
