This place offers a truly luxurious retreat down the hill. The location is perfect, as it is close to the beach and city center. I had no trouble exploring the nearby attractions with the motor and service car hire provided by the hotel. The staff here are exceptional, offering top-notch service and always going above and beyond to cater to my needs. The housekeeping service was prompt and thorough, and I appreciated the laundry service that kept my clothes fresh throughout my stay. The airport shuttle made my arrival and departure hassle-free. Moreover, the room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. I especially loved the terrace where I could relax and enjoy my morning coffee. The dining options were excellent, with a delightful in-room breakfast experience and a restaurant that served delicious meals. The outdoor dining area was a lovely spot to dine under the stars. the staff, amenities, and location made my stay here truly exceptional.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. Two things that I particularly enjoyed were the stunning sunset views and the friendly staff. the hotel’s location was also a plus, as it offered a private and relaxing atmosphere away from the bustling city. Another advantage was the endless options of movie channels to enjoy from the comfort of my room.

There were no shops or mini-marts nearby, which made it necessary to travel to get any snacks or drinks. However, given the private location, I didn't mind this inconvenience as much.

When we arrived after a tiresome journey from the Gili Islands, we were greeted warmly with a refreshing salad, setting the tone for our stay. The breakfast, with its wide variety of delicious dishes, was a highlight. The two infinity pools, positioned right in front of the rooms, provided a stunning view and the perfect spot to relax. With only 5 rooms, the hotel offered a tranquil and peaceful environment. The exceptional hospitality of the staff and owners made us feel right at home. We can't wait to return to this oasis.
