Additionally, it is situated on top of an excellent mall that has everything you could need or want. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with walk-in closets and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast at the club level is satisfactory, and there are dining options within the hotel and nearby. The hotel offers facilities such as an outdoor pool and a spa, providing ample opportunities for relaxation.

Minor design flaws, such as the lack of electrical outlets near the desk and the closet light controlled by the bathroom switch, need improvement.

Although local cuisine was widely available and the variety of food during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was good, the quality of food at the club floor was average. promotional packages through the hotel may not always be value for money, even for members.

This luxury hotel fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs with an outstanding service. the Spa & wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were impeccable. Massages, full body massages, body wraps, beauty treatments, and facials were available at the Spa Lounge. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast, dinner, and special diet menus. In-room breakfast was delivered promptly with a high-quality service.

The only minor issue we had was the absence of a picnic area or tables. there were plenty of sun loungers and a beautiful garden area that compensated for it.
