I must say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfy and clean, and I loved the outdoor courtyard where I could relax and read. The location was convenient too, with everything I needed nearby. The staff treated me well and were always helpful.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, maybe adding some variety or hot options.

She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay.

While I did experience a minor inconvenience with the TV channels being limited, it did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at this hotel.

holiday inn express in bad axe exceeded our expectations during our family holiday. the staff was exceptional and friendly, the rooms were clean and nicely appointed, and the pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all. the breakfast options were plentiful and there was ample space in the dining area. highly recommend!

I stayed for a few nights for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, with the most comfortable beds. I also enjoyed spending time in the pool and jacuzzi, a great way to relax after a long day. Lastly, the breakfast options were abundant and the dining area was spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Bad Axe! The rooms were clean, modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The continental breakfast had a variety of delicious options, and we loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. we were extremely satisfied with our choice of hotel.

Great deal for the money, the room was nicely sized and had a whirlpool tub. the breakfast included had a reasonable selection of food.

The pull-out bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress. the rooms were not cleaned very well, with dirty tubs and papers left in the drawers.

The hotel staff was extremely attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They even checked in with us before our arrival to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. the rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for my family and me. Additionally, the hotel offered a great selection of TV channels, which kept the kids entertained during our downtime.

One minor issue we experienced was a musty/moldy smell in our room when the A/C was turned on. However, the staff promptly addressed this issue and left us a note apologizing for the inconvenience.

One of the downsides of our stay was that the elevator was a bit dirty. Although it didn't impact our overall experience, it would have been nice to see it well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bad Axe. The rooms were clean, renovated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were enjoyable and well-maintained. The delicious continental breakfast provided a great start to our day. The location in rural farming areas allowed us to experience the peacefulness of the countryside while still being a short drive away from Port Austin. It was the perfect destination for our 2-night "1-tank trip" from the Detroit area.

The Database Room was nicely appointed with a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom was clean and modern, featuring a very large shower. The breakfast offered a nice variety of items and was well furnished. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool and hot tub, which were well maintained.
