The hotel had ample parking spots and a convenient location near the front entrance. the lobby was spacious and the staff at the front desk were very gracious and helpful, providing suggestions to enhance our stay. the room layout was unique and useful, offering a different experience from other hotels.

The in-room coffee maker was a major disappointment. It was dirty, with black tar inside the water tank and coffee grinds left over.

The swimming area had lovely decorations and fresh towels on the chairs. The indoor pool and hot tub were easy to access after registering at the front desk. The staff were friendly, especially Vee and John, who provided great service. The hotel had cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. Coffee was available at breakfast time for each guest.

New Year's Eve stay offered two complimentary facts. Location was ideal for local attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel bar.

Cancellation process was troublesome. Rooms lacked cleanliness and were outdated.
