Wow, the experience at The Ungasan Clifftop Resort was simply unforgettable. From the moment we walked into Villa Amber, we were blown away by the surreal infinity pool merging with the skies and ocean. The master bedroom was absolutely incredible and the living room filled with natural light. The butler, Ibu Puya, took care of our every need, from food to comfort. The in-Villa BBQ dining option was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy delicious food while watching the incredible sunset view from our villa. the whole experience at The Ungasan Clifftop Resort was absolutely memorable and one that we will cherish forever.

The breakfast was good and the beach club offered a lot of activities like volleyball and paddleboarding. the location was also nice with a beautiful view of the ocean.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was not welcoming and the staff seemed disinterested in helping. Our Thanksgiving dinner was a disaster, the food was cold and flavorless.

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities that catered to our every need. the stunning views and private facilities were unforgettable, including the spacious outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. the restaurant served delicious dishes with a variety of special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax.

One minor issue we experienced was with the service. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the service was sometimes slow, especially in the spa centre.

The resort is situated on a cliff with the most spectacular views overlooking a stunning white sand beach and crystal clear aquamarine water. Guests have access to the renowned Sunday's beach club located at the bottom of the cliff, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach. The rooms, especially the Nora Residence, offer luxurious accommodations with impeccable service from the private butlers. Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast served in the villa and take advantage of the resort's facilities including the tennis court and pools.

The wine list at the resort needs improvement, with limited options and high prices.
