We had a really nice stay here. the staff was super friendly and the customer service was exceptional. the rooms were clean and spacious, with nice bedding and comfortable beds. the breakfast selection was surprisingly good and there was always coffee and water available in the lobby. Plus, we really appreciated that the hotel was dog-friendly, with space to walk our dogs and even treats on the counter. And the location was very convenient, with easy access to the main highway.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. I had requested linens but never received them.

The staff at the hotel were great and the rooms were very clean. Plus, the check-in process was quick and easy. It's also conveniently located near the Cleveland clinic, which was a key factor for me.

The checkout process was slow and inefficient. I didn't receive my email receipt even after waiting for two hours.

This was the BEST hotel we stayed in during our whole trip and honestly top 3 of hotel rooms of my whole life!! Worth every penny of the price! FRIENDLY and HELPFUL staff.even made us a cold to-go breakfast box since we were leaving before hot breakfast started. We had driven over 600mi in a moving truck that day and that room gave us a sweet ending to a bitter day. Thank you, Hampton Inn!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep. The shower was spacious and refreshing, and the room had ample storage space for our clothing. The lighting was excellent, and we appreciated the option to close the shades for a peaceful night's rest.

While the breakfast had a decent selection, we would have liked to see more variety. Additionally, it would have been convenient if breakfast hours were extended until 10 am.

The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from and the breakfast attendant was friendly and kept everything clean. the outdoor patio area was a nice feature, especially in the evening when we could light the fireplace and relax.

The swimming pool was too small, not deep enough, and not warm enough. Additionally, our room was spacious but lacked a comfortable chair and ottoman, which would have made it more comfortable for our stay.
