I recently stayed at Grand Hotel Casselbergh in Bruges for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful both inside and out, with lovely rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the reception and bar staff. The central location was perfect for exploring the city and was convenient for popping in and out before dinner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing New Year at this hotel! Loved the spacious and clean rooms, with excellent amenities. The grand reception and bar areas were stunning and made for a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options that filled us up for the day. The location couldn't have been better, with close proximity to all the major tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. a fantastic experience!

Only downside was the price, as it was quite expensive. Also, parking was a bit tricky due to the central location and the one-way system in the city.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, with key attractions just a stone's throw away. The comfy bed guaranteed a great night's sleep, and the spotlessly clean rooms were a definite plus.

One of the major drawbacks was the issue with the key cards, as they stopped working multiple times throughout our stay. Additionally, the reception could have been better managed, with long waiting times and staff lacking in knowledge.

Stayed in an amazing room in a beautiful ancient palace close to main touristic attractions and everything you want to see, with great service and staff. Basic amenities in a room with a very comfortable bed, fab bathroom, and four large windows plus a big "dormer" skylight providing great views. Breakfast with some nice local touches had been included in the prices and was served in the basement with no outside view, but it was still a great touch to have it included.

I was pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade I received upon arrival at Grand Hotel Casselbergh. The room had beautiful high ceilings and a stunning chandelier, providing a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. After a long day of sightseeing, I enjoyed a refreshing cocktail in the bar before dinner, adding to the overall relaxation of my stay. The wellness area was serene and peaceful, though it would have been perfect with a hot tub. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, and the staff were extremely helpful.
