I absolutely loved my stay here. The villa I was upgraded to was spacious and had a beautiful private pool. The location was perfect, situated between the sunset beach and the main beach, giving me easy access to both. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, especially Eta who was always there to help. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided bikes for exploring the island, which was convenient.

I recently stayed at Utara in Gili T for 3 nights and it exceeded my expectations. The villa we had was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and decent WiFi. The pool was a nice size and the breakfast served poolside was delicious. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The private transfer organized by Utara from the Lombok airport was seamless and worth the price. Utara offers the best facilities on the island and is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The location of the villa is a bit far from the center and the beach, but they provide bicycles for guests to easily explore the island. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The villa itself is stunning, exactly as shown in the pictures, with spacious rooms and a clean, comfortable bed. A highlight is the pool, which is well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing dip. the food served at the villa's restaurant is delicious and of high quality.

The coffee served at the villa was not up to expectations, and some guests felt that the breakfast could have been better.
