We had a wonderful stay in a tranquil location set amidst lush gardens and a stunning river. Our room was comfortable, clean, and peaceful, giving us the perfect retreat. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The complimentary facilities like yoga and afternoon tea added a nice touch to our experience. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding nature and felt completely relaxed.

The gym could use some improvement as only one air conditioner was working, making it uncomfortable during workouts.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and they provided us with complimentary local snacks and activities. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful views and we were able to easily access local attractions. the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, with fresh and delicious options to choose from. the yoga space was beautiful and we enjoyed the free yoga classes. the pool was stunning and we loved relaxing in it.

Our recent stay at a beautiful resort in Sidemen was absolutely amazing. We were taken care of exceptionally well when I fell sick and needed medical attention. The staff went above and beyond, driving me to the doctor and even the hospital, translating for me, and ensuring I had everything I needed. They even packed up my belongings and arranged transportation to my next hotel. I couldn't have asked for better care during a difficult time. The rooms were also fantastic and added to the overall experience of the stay.

Although the dinner options weren't great and the pool area had constant Balinese music playing, these minor drawbacks were overshadowed by the exceptional service and care provided by the staff. The location of the hotel in the beautiful village of Sidemen, with easy access to restaurants, ricefields, and stunning views from the rooms, made our stay even more enjoyable.

With a disability, I appreciated the accommodating amenities offered at Wapa. High chair, cot, and baby chair for bikes provided.

Our stay at Wapa di Ume was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of rice fields and greenery. The food options were exceptional, offering a wide variety of choices that were the best we've had in Bali. The small extra touches like the welcome drink, blessing ceremony, complimentary afternoon tea, and yoga sessions made our stay even more memorable. The staff were lovely and always ready to assist us. We can't wait to return in the future!

Not obvious to find.

This hotel provided me with the most luxurious experience I could have hoped for. The exclusive amenities in my room gave me a sense of comfort and relaxation that I rarely get to experience. The pool with a view was an absolute highlight, where I could unwind in serene surroundings. The garden area and Spa centre was well-maintained, making my stay here even more rejuvenating. The food in the restaurant was top-notch and their service impeccable.

There was only one minor issue. The location of the hotel was secluded, making it challenging for me to access ATMs.
