The Granite Luxury Hotel in Georgetown provided one of the best rooms I have stayed in at a reasonable price. The facilities were complete and had everything I needed. The large suite was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the accommodations were clean. The hotel also had a great infinity pool and a well-equipped gym. Additionally, the strategic location made it easy to access cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls.

The noise from the nightclub restaurant behind the building, which could be heard in the rooms even on high floors. Another issue was that the water heater for the shower didn't work, although I didn't report it due to the hassle of changing rooms.

The water pressure in the shower was always strong, and there were plenty of power points for convenience. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and even public transport. The pool area and rooftop bar offered amazing views that shouldn't be missed. But what impressed me the most was the attentive and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Upon checking in, we were delighted to find that our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, always addressing our requests promptly. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and noise mentioned by other guests, we had a pleasant overall experience.

Had a great stay during our city break. The hotel provided complimentary drinking water dispensers outside the room, which came in handy. The hotel is situated in a great location, with many food streets within a 10-minute walk. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.
