The Granite Luxury Hotel in Georgetown provided one of the best rooms I have stayed in at a reasonable price. The facilities were complete and had everything I needed. The large suite was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the accommodations were clean. The hotel also had a great infinity pool and a well-equipped gym. Additionally, the strategic location made it easy to access cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls.

The noise from the nightclub restaurant behind the building, which could be heard in the rooms even on high floors. Another issue was that the water heater for the shower didn't work, although I didn't report it due to the hassle of changing rooms.

The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a swimming pool with breathtaking views. it was a fantastic stay.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The hotel had a narrow road, which made it difficult for cars to exit without doing a 3-point turn.

The staff is friendly and helpful, clean rooms, good location with nearby eateries and attractions, infinity pool with great views, strong water pressure in the shower.

From the moment I checked in, the staff at Granite Luxury Hotel Penang made me feel welcome and at ease. the modern and spacious Classic Suite I stayed in was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities, including a powerful A/C, free WiFi, and cable TV. the water pressure in the shower was always strong, and there were plenty of power points for convenience. the hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and even public transport. the pool area and rooftop bar offered amazing views that shouldn't be missed. But what impressed me the most was the attentive and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Upon checking in, we were delighted to find that our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, always addressing our requests promptly. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and noise mentioned by other guests, we had a pleasant overall experience.

Had a great stay during our city break. the hotel provided complimentary drinking water dispensers outside the room, which came in handy. the hotel is situated in a great location, with many food streets within a 10-minute walk. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

The non-smart TVs in the room were not very useful, as we couldn't use chrome cast. Trying to contact reception at 10pm was difficult, as no one picked up the phone.
