During my recent stay at Zuri Express Lippo, I was pleasantly surprised by the supportive staff who allowed me to pay for one night and settle the remaining amount the next day when I didn't have enough local currency. The breakfast offered was of excellent quality, and they even provide bicycles free of charge for guests to use. I also appreciated the convenience of the readily available Bluebird facility for transportation to the airport.

While the hotel facilities were generally satisfactory, I did notice that there was no proper slope in the bathroom and sink areas, causing drainage issues. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool and limited gym equipment may be a drawback for some.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for my business trip as it was near the industrial area of Jababeka. Additionally, the friendly and supportive staff made my stay even more enjoyable. They were always ready to assist me with any queries or requests. The rooms were well-equipped with all the comforts I needed, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided. Finally, the breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of choices ranging from local to Western and Japanese cuisines. The fried rice and fried noodles were absolutely delicious!

We had a great time at this budget hotel in an industrial area. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport shuttle and nearby factories. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom had strong hot water and a good water flow. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The 24-hour restaurant served delicious food, and room service was available. There was even a small gym to stay active. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel could benefit from some interior refurbishment as it looked a bit old.

The hotel offers small, ice-cold bottles of Bintang beer in ice-cold glasses. It is conveniently located near a supermarket, beer and wine shop, and various food outlets. The WiFi is fast, and the staff is friendly. The hotel has a simple and clean design with bright and colorful rooms.

The hotel’s location was ideal for my business trip, situated near the industrial area. The rooms were clean and equipped with basic amenities which was a relief. the shopping mall area was a great addition and came in handy.

The staff's attitude was discouraging, particularly the receptionist. During my check-out, I requested for a slight extension just to pray and was met with a stern and unhelpful attitude.
