From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff, especially Tony at check-in and the barista at the Loopy, were professional and respectful. My exclusive room had luxurious amenities like a private terrace and spa bath, and there were plenty of facilities nearby. The restaurant had a great menu and the gym was impressive too. this hotel is perfect for both family vacations and business trips.

While there was nothing major to complain about during my stay here, I did notice that the breakfast lacked some options of Middle Eastern dishes that I would have liked. However, this is a minor issue considering the outstanding service I received from everyone at the hotel.

I had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the gentleman who escorted us to our room to the reception desk and restaurant staff. The location was great too, with plenty of amenities nearby. What impressed me the most was the gym and spa facilities. They were top-notch and offered a great way to relax.

The limited breakfast options and the temperature control system. I wished they had more Indian dishes for Middle Eastern taste buds to enjoy.

Amazing overall experience, helpful and supportive staff, great gym and spa, strategic location, wonderful reception staff, fabulous coffee at the lobby.
