During our recent stay, we found Le Grand Chateau to be a beautiful hotel in a prime location. The warm welcome we received from the receptionist was a great start to our trip. The room, although not perfect, was clean and spacious enough for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. We felt safe staying at the hotel, with a security guard present. The entrance to the hotel was particularly stunning.

Despite a few minor issues, we had a pleasant stay at Le Grand Chateau and would recommend it to others.

Nothing to fault.

The location was great, with easy access to the town centre and shopping area. The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. The security was excellent, and the night duty security officer was very welcoming. The establishment was well kept and clean, with a helpful cleaning staff.

There was some construction going on and the power kept tripping.

The room we stayed in was clean and had a comfortable bed. the location was great, in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the main attractions. the receptionist was friendly and offered us a warm welcome.

Our experience was not great. the reception staff were not very helpful and we had to walk all the way to reception for anything that we needed, as they would not send it to us.
