the hosts, Joan and Pat, went above and beyond to make me feel like part of their family. I loved the continental breakfast they provided, with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, and breads. the outdoor seating area was cozy and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine or beer in the evenings. the property was well-maintained, with modern fixtures and flooring in the bathrooms and bedrooms. the beautiful landscaped gardens added to the overall ambiance of the place. the location was convenient, with a bus stop within walking distance to easily access the city center.

Staying at Beechtree House felt like a home away from home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel like a part of the family. The self-contained apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. The hosts, Joan and Pat, were incredibly helpful and provided great suggestions for activities and transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The surrounding garden and area were peaceful and soothing. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Beechtree House Bed & Breakfast.

Stayed in a place with stunning patios, cozy rooms, and WiFi that actually works! Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had a lovely time lounging in the shared areas. Total relaxation!

We had a wonderful stay at Beechtree House Bed & Breakfast. the continental breakfast provided each morning was simply delightful. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas of Dublin, Kildare, and Wicklow. Pat & Joan, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful tips for local dining options. the bus service in the area was reliable, making it convenient for us to get around. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden area. Beechtree House offered us a warm and authentic Irish experience.

The hosts, Pat and Joan, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They made me feel right at home throughout my entire visit. One morning, I woke up feeling a bit tired and jet-lagged. When I went down to the kitchen, Joan noticed and insisted that I relax in their beautiful garden with a refreshing drink and snack. It was such a lovely gesture that instantly made me feel more at ease. The location of the B&B was also perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. I was able to easily visit Dublin City, as well as other historic places like Kildare and Wicklow. The nearby bus stops made it convenient to get around. The breakfast served every morning was a true feast. I felt like a king enjoying the delicious continental spread prepared by Pat and Joan. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was the biggest and most comfortable I have ever slept in. The shower was also incredible, providing a refreshing start to each day. my experience at Beechtree House was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to return to this charming B&B on my next visit to Ireland. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and inviting stay.
