I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center. The staff here were really friendly and always made me feel welcome. The service was excellent, from the room service to the dry cleaning and housekeeping. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also top-notch, with a restaurant serving delicious food and a bar/lounge area where I enjoyed some great drinks. The breakfast was brilliant, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only slight downside was that the service in the bar was a bit disappointing, not really in keeping with the rest of the hotel. But overall, I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel staff were some of the nicest and friendliest we have ever encountered. The rooms were beautifully finished with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, with bars and shops just a short walk away. The decor was pleasing, with plenty of seating for guests to relax and lovely fresh flowers and artwork throughout. The staff, including the person we dealt with at checkout, were extremely pleasant and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and our room was both comfortable and quiet.

My hen night at Castlecourt Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious, and the afternoon tea in the Plaza was a delightful treat. I loved the fact that I didn't have to wait in line for breakfast the next morning. The staff, especially the girls at reception and the accommodation staff, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel special by leaving a bottle of bubbles and a card in our room. The location of the hotel is excellent, and being able to easily access both the Castlecourt and Plaza was a bonus. Despite the hotel being busy with other events, the staff remained unfazed and provided top-notch service. I also appreciated the convenience of being close to the train station and the town center. Without a doubt, I will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

The breakfast was good and they had plenty of parking space, which was convenient. the location was perfect for exploring the local area and nearby attractions.

The rooms were not located close to the elevator, which was inconvenient. We didn't feel like we got the best rooms, probably because we booked through a third party.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a large dulux room and a comfy 4 poster bed. The location in town centre was convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The new modern design of the hotel's interior is fabulous. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even bringing us water to our room during the heatwave. The outdoor-indoor glass space for breakfast was gorgeous and provided a great experience under the sun. The breakfast menu had endless options, including veggie breakfasts, pancakes, and a variety of nuts and seeds. The hotel's bistro, Mays, exceeded our expectations with its delicious pasta, veggie burger, and salad. The spa treatments were dreamy, with talented therapists and a relaxation room that put us to sleep. it was a 10/10 experience, especially thanks to the beautiful weather.

The hotel is in a great location, right beside the centre of town with plenty of available free parking even on a busy weekend. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean with plenty of room. The staff provide excellent service, and the restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the hotel has a pool, gym, and spa area.

The walk from the underground car park to the hotel is not ideal, as there is no lift and only stairs, which can be difficult with heavy cases.
