We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a central location. This place is perfect for walking travelers like us, as it is conveniently situated near the main attractions and in a safe area. We felt at ease even when returning to the hotel late at night. The hotel's proximity to the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the train station 'Santa Maria Novella' made our sightseeing adventures even more convenient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing great service and promptly attending to our requests. Additionally, the hotel provides a wide range of amenities including a terrace, in-room safe, and a mini-bar.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. the staff at Domus Florentiae was extremely kind and welcoming, offering to hold our suitcases at reception so we could explore the city freely. They even provided us with a hairdryer and free patches. the location was perfect, with restaurants and monuments nearby. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to Aldo who spoke English and gave us a map with all the must-visit spots. Our room near reception was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel with a 10/10 rating.

The room had a drainage problem in the shower. Despite that, it didn't flood and didn't prevent us from using the shower.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance when needed. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional street noise and outdated facilities, overall we had a pleasant experience. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I would recommend this hotel for its charm and convenient location.
