Rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with nice bathrooms. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, always smiling. Varied breakfast had lots of options and extras. Leisure centre with lovely pool, steam, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym, plus comfortable lounges and live music. Convenient location with nearby bus stop, shops, pharmacy, fast food and supermarket, plus available taxi service.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel for a few nights and I have to say, I was truly impressed. it was in a fantastic location, with plenty of attractions and things to do nearby. Secondly, the service was top-notch - the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests, and the room service was quick and efficient. Finally, the facilities were exceptional - the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a real highlight, and there were plenty of amenities provided in the room to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As longer term business travellers, we appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff who always offered assistance and cooperation. Special mention goes to Robert in the restaurant, a dedicated and hardworking person who went above and beyond to help all the guests. The hotel's location near Galway City made it easy for us to access and offered good value. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The pool was fantastic, with helpful staff providing extra floats for the kids. the hotel had a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with all staff being friendly and helpful.

The dinner menu lacked variety and the dishes we ordered were greasy and soggy. the bar staff also made mistakes with drinks, resulting in incorrect measures and poorly made cocktails.

Staff were friendly. Daughter had birthday surprise. Family room and pool were good. Gym facilities were great.

They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and always had a smile on their faces. the room was spotless and ready for us upon check-in, which was a great start to our romantic escape. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to the local attractions and nearby cafes. We also enjoyed the leisure center, which had a nice pool and provided a relaxing atmosphere for us to unwind.

There were some issues during our stay. The housekeeping seemed to have dropped the ball as we found a dirty cup on arrival and hair in the bed.
