This hotel offers a great location, close to the beautiful beach Playa de Muro, where you can relax and enjoy the crystal-clear water. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. The hotel also has a swimming pool area and a lovely view of the lake, perfect for unwinding at night.

The animation team could use some improvement in their shows.

Margarita at reception, Joana in the restaurant, and Rocio in the cleaning service provide excellent service and are always friendly and helpful. The walls in the hotel are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard easily.

The food selection was incredible, with so many delicious options to choose from. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and I loved having a nice balcony to relax on. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and nearby shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Loved the friendly staff who were always ready to help. Rooms were clean and spacious with a fantastic balcony that caught the sun all day long. the food was amazing, with a great variety, and the chef was very entertaining! the place had a beautiful location, just a short walk from the beach, shops and bus stop. Loved the daily entertainment options, especially the minigolf and table tennis.

The entertainment program seemed to be mainly geared toward older guests so didn't really enjoy most of it. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any great local clubs or pubs to hang out in.
