A charming hotel with character and attentive staff. The restaurant serves excellent food and the wines are top-notch. The gardens offer a lovely view of the estuary, and the beach is just a short walk away.

Although there were a few small drawbacks, such as the lack of air conditioning in the room and the absence of coffee and tea making facilities, these were overshadowed by the overall fabulous experience. The location is perfect, offering a panoramic vista of the Seine estuary and close proximity to Honfleur.

Located on the outskirts of Honfleur, La Chaumiere offers a prime location for exploring the charming town. The hotel's front garden provides a serene spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The spacious rooms, like the superior room we stayed in, offer plenty of space and a modern decor. The large bathroom and good coffee machine were also appreciated. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, providing a cot for our son and heating up his milk.

There were some issues with the service. The hotel seemed to be understaffed, resulting in delays in receiving menus and drinks.

Spend Christmas a stunning location on the Normandy coast. This charming hotel provided us with an indoor swimming pool and fantastic sea views, perfect for a winter break. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and we loved the delicious breakfast every morning. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay a comfortable one.

Although the hotel boasted an excellent location, we were a bit disappointed by the limited selection of amenities, including no coffee maker or safe in the room. Additionally, some of the communal areas could benefit from more attention to detail, such as better housekeeping. while we enjoyed our stay, we felt some improvements could be made to the facilities to match the high expectations set by the location and price.

We stayed at this charming hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff gave us a free upgrade upon arrival and the location was perfect, with a lovely beachside walk to the nearby town. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. we had a magical experience at this family-run property and would highly recommend it.
