This hotel has a great location right across from one of Ireland's most lovely beaches. It's also close to the center of the city without the commotion of the main center. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked.

The house is located on a busy road, which can be a bit noisy. Also, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.

We arrived late in the evening and Anna, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She recommended a nearby pub for dinner and even ordered a taxi for us. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and a good-sized ensuite shower room. The breakfast was homemade and delicious, especially the freshly baked bread and scones. Anna and her husband woke up early to prepare breakfast for our early start. The hospitality and friendliness of Anna made our stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be back at Claremount House B&B on my next visit to Galway. highly recommended.
