The location is excellent, walking distance from the central railway station. Fab interior décor, comfortable lounge & bar area. Quiet and comfortable rooms.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was superb, right in the heart of all things Newcastle. It made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even setting up a special surprise for my fiancé's birthday. Lastly, the room itself was impeccable. From the comfortable king-sized bed to the lovely view over the Tyne, every detail was taken care of. The bathroom, with its large walk-in shower, was a definite highlight. this hotel offers excellent value for money with top-notch service and attention to detail.

Loved the modern decor and fantastic central location. Stayed in a Superior room with fabulous city views. The staff had impeccable customer service skills - they made me feel like royalty. Despite the small bathroom, I had a relaxing stay and slept well on the comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the city, surrounded by the vibrant nightlife of Newcastle. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped with luxurious handwash and plenty of towels. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, even arranging a taxi for us and delivering food to our room. We also enjoyed sitting in the bar for a drink after a long day of exploring.

The room was a bit too warm for our liking, even with the window open and the controls turned down.

This hotel is right in the centre of all things Newcastle, making it easy to get to everything. The rooms have a touch of class with historical views and great beds. The breakfast had good quality and a lovely view over the Tyne.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our city trip. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with plenty of tea and coffee available for us to enjoy. We also loved the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend along with us.

We did have a couple of issues during our stay. the bed was quite uncomfortable, with a noticeable ridge down the centre.

loved my stay at motel one! the location was perfect, right in the heart of newcastle's pub district. the staff were friendly and the communal areas were beautifully decorated. can't wait to come back again!

The hotel had great value for money. The staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations for nearby activities. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was equipped with some nice complementary toiletries. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants.

The hotel's website and paperwork were primarily in a foreign language, which made it confusing to navigate at times. there were some issues with the wifi login and payment methods.
