During my recent stay at Eccles Townhouse, I experienced exceptional service and attention to detail. When I misplaced my phone on the bus ride to the hotel, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They contacted the police department, the bus company, and even allowed me to use their own devices to contact my family. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Despite not moving as fast as I used to, the central location made it easy for me to visit nearby sites, including a cathedral. I highly recommend Eccles Townhouse for its outstanding staff and convenient location.

They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. the room was well-equipped and had all the amenities I expected. the location was convenient, especially for those needing to visit nearby hospitals or medical facilities. the breakfast served in the café below was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The noise from the surrounding area was quite loud, especially at night. the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep, and even though there was triple glazing in the windows, it was necessary to keep them closed to minimize the noise.

Amazing sleep! the bed was the best I've had in a long time, so comfortable. the shower had great water pressure too. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the popular spots in the city. the hot breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day.

The room was quite small and I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. the bathroom had a strange smell which was not pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They allowed us to check in early and even provided a special "to go" breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the city centre and in close proximity to the Mater Hospital and Temple Street Children's Hospital. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even prepared a special breakfast bag for us so we could take an early tour. they were helpful in providing us with an electricity adaptor. the location of the hotel was also great, with most tourist attractions within a 10-20 minute walk, saving us money on taxis. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, offering a cozy and romantic escape.

the noise from the ventilation system was quite annoying, making a noise every few minutes. It would have been great if the staff could have addressed this issue.

It is also conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in this city. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and nice, offering a warm welcome and providing excellent service during breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with amenities like complimentary toiletries. The breakfast menu offers a good variety of choices.
