They contacted the police department, the bus company, and even allowed me to use their own devices to contact my family. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Despite not moving as fast as I used to, the central location made it easy for me to visit nearby sites, including a cathedral. I highly recommend Eccles Townhouse for its outstanding staff and convenient location.

The noise from the surrounding area was quite loud, especially at night. The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep, and even though there was triple glazing in the windows, it was necessary to keep them closed to minimize the noise.

Amazing sleep! The bed was the best I've had in a long time, so comfortable. The shower had great water pressure too. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the popular spots in the city. The hot breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day.

The room was quite small and I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom had a strange smell which was not pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They allowed us to check in early and even provided a special "to go" breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the city centre and in close proximity to the Mater Hospital and Temple Street Children's Hospital. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
