I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Pattaya called Flipper House Hotel - Sha Extra Plus. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was excellent and I found it convenient to access public transport and explore the area. the room itself was great, although I did find the mattress to be a bit too hard for my liking. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This hotel is situated by the beautiful beach and has a convenient location to bars, both the central and beach road. Rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds, with a pleasant view of the surroundings. The bathroom is spotless and has all the necessary amenities. The service is outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff willing to assist guests in a timely and professional manner. Breakfast is a feast, with an ample variety of fresh salads, fruits, and juices.

The hotel could improve on adding Western food options to its menu to cater to a broader range of guests.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! the breakfast spread was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great Thai restaurants and bars. the pool area on the rooftop was a definite highlight, offering stunning views of the city. it was a wonderful experience and one of the best properties in town.

The wifi could have been better as it kept going off frequently, which was a bit of a hassle. there was some noise from the surrounding area at night, but it wasn't the hotel's fault.

The breakfast options were plentiful, with both Thai and European choices, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel had two swimming pools on the roof, which was a nice bonus.

As a party lover, staying at Flipper House in lively Soi 7 was spot on. The location was ideal, just minutes from the beach. The two rooftop pools, one with a swim-up bar, provided a refreshing retreat after a long day. The staff was friendly and the Deluxe Room I booked was very good. The breakfast had plenty of options and the egg station was a highlight. Despite being in a lively area, my room was surprisingly quiet at night. I highly recommend staying at Flipper House when visiting Pattaya.

This hotel is really great! it's located in a prime area with easy access to all tourist spots in the city center. Secondly, the rooms with a balcony are fantastic, equipped with air conditioning and complete basic amenities. Lastly, the breakfast included is amazing, especially the fried eggs!
