Excellent location in town, easy parking, great bar with delicious food, freshly cooked breakfast until 11am, well-decorated rooms.

We loved the central location of the hotel, making it easy for us as old people to explore West Cork. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always interested in our day trips and making us feel like valued guests. It was also a big plus that our dog was welcomed with open arms, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

We felt thoroughly taken care of during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever. The staff were pleasant, the room comfortable, and the breakfast delicious.

The hotel is also set on an historic Georgian square, adding to the charm and character of the surroundings. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable accommodations. The staff provide exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are varied and reasonably priced. the hotel offers great facilities and advantages, including a lovely outdoor patio/beer garden area.

The hotel lacks some attention to detail, with stains on the carpets and shabby soft furnishings that create an uncomfortable atmosphere.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. That my room was quite dark and not as nice as the rooms other family members stayed in. Another issue was the noise from the outdoor dining area, which could be heard in the room on the second floor.

The hotel's location was perfect! We were able to easily park our car nearby and explore the surrounding area. The staff were really friendly and always ready to offer advice on where to eat or what to see. Plus, the coffee making facilities in the room were a nice touch that we appreciated.

The room was in need of some updating. The carpets and upholsteries were quite dirty and the bathroom drain top was not very clean.
