I had a great stay at a nice and quiet hotel downtown. The reception staff was very pleasant, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The location was perfect, close to the river and the areas I wanted to explore. Despite a small bathroom and having to park across the street, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel even offered the Budapest card, providing free access to museums and public transportation, which was a great perk. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Budapest.

the staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the view from my room was lovely - I could see the huge trees outside instead of a busy street. the hotel was also very quiet, with little noise to disturb me. the curtains in the room were really dark, allowing me to sleep undisturbed by the early morning sunlight. the breakfast provided was tasty and fresh.
