Had a great New Year's getaway! the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the cozy and Christmassy atmosphere. the food and drinks were fantastic. the location was ideal, with beautiful surroundings. the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the amenities and the fact that there was a private cinema. Had a wonderful time overall.

Our room overlooked construction work and the walled garden. the lack of a bathtub was disappointing, and the shower had an industrial look.

We recently had our wedding at the Glenlo and it was absolutely amazing! Planning a destination wedding can be nerve-wracking, but the team at the Glenlo made everything seamless for us. From the quick responses to the beautiful venue, everything exceeded our expectations. The ceremony in the Abbey, dinner in the River Room, and reception in the Dagan room were all perfect. The food and drinks were wonderful, just a small suggestion to ensure popular drinks like Jameson don't run out. we couldn't be happier with our experience at the Glenlo Abbey and can't wait to visit again!

During our recent trip to Ireland, I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel. The cleanliness here was impeccable, with every corner shining and the rooms spotless. Moreover, the hotel facilities were top-notch, ranging from the stunning grounds to the cozy pub downstairs. The location of the hotel was also ideal, offering easy access to transportation and serving as a great base for exploring this beautiful city. Additionally, the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable. They provided valuable recommendations, such as where to find the best crack and what to see at the Cliffs of Moher. Furthermore, the daily breakfast was divine. I especially loved the house-baked brown bread with pumpkin and sunflower seeds - it was simply delicious.

I had a truly wonderful stay at a charming hotel just outside of the city. The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with a stunning view. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Although the room could have used a dresser, it didn't take away from the overall experience. The front desk provided exceptional service when I needed assistance with wedding favors, going above and beyond to help. I must also mention the friendly bartender, Pasquale, who made amazing cocktails. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast!

I had a wonderful stay at the Glenlo Abbey. The staff, especially Sandra, made me feel right at home. The lounge and bar areas were cozy with fireplaces, and my room had a lovely view of the walled garden. I upgraded for two nights to a room with breathtaking views of the golf course and Lough Corrib. The room was spacious, with comfortable chairs and a huge window. The hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness were impressive. The walking trail through the golf course to the shores of Lough Corrib was a bonus. The breakfast was delightful and the location felt like a fairytale.

During our recent stay at Glenlo Abbey, my sister and I were blown away by the stunning decor and friendly welcome we received. The woodsmoke from the open fire created a cozy atmosphere even before we entered the hotel. Every corner of the hotel was beautifully decorated and I couldn't resist taking countless photographs. The highlight of our evening was enjoying a delicious meal followed by relaxing in the drawing room while listening to the soothing piano music by the fire. The room itself was luxurious and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring no one would go hungry. I can't wait to come back and experience the fine dining on the orient express!

The only downside of our stay was being placed in an adjoining room, which meant we could hear everything our neighbors were doing.

The highlight of our stay was the Orient Express pullman dining experience, which was incredibly exciting. As big fans of Poirot, it was a real treat for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and historic, and the rooms were well-appointed with Nespresso coffee makers. The breakfast served in the old dining room was delightful, with lovely views. I highly recommend Glenlo Abbey for a special occasion or a romantic getaway.

Despite the pouring rain, the Bellman immediately came out to assist with my luggage and parked my car for me. the level of care and attention they showed was exceptional. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast options were delicious. I particularly enjoyed dining in the train car, which added a unique and enjoyable experience to my stay. the staff truly made me feel like I was welcomed into a home. I highly recommend Glenlo Abbey for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
