Refreshing swimming pool. During our stay, we spent a delightful afternoon by the hotel's pool, sipping on refreshing beverages and feeling as if we were in our private oasis. The palm trees swayed gently, and the sound of water from the pool made the atmosphere truly relaxing.

Miscommunication regarding shuttle

The Marriott Village has fantastic activities for kids, such as fun movie nights and creative sidewalk chalk sessions. Our children absolutely loved these family-friendly offerings, providing us with wonderful bonding moments and a chance to unwind in a casual and enjoyable setting.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from offering a wider variety of kid-friendly dining options on-site.

The hotel has a great location near all the major attractions in the area. The Starbucks coffee shop on site was perfect for fueling up before a day of adventures. The pool and fitness center were also nice amenities.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating.

The Courtyard By Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista in The Marriott Village offered a convenient location, just a mile away from Walt Disney World Resort. The quadruple suites and triple rooms were clean, up-to-date, and provided a comfortable stay. Due to the lack of availability of king rooms, we were smoothly accommodated in the rooms at the adjacent Fairfield Inn & Suites, which turned out to be spacious with ample amenities.

The only minor downside was the air conditioning unit, which made a loud noise through the night, disrupting our sleep and necessitating its shutdown.

Best aspects of my stay were the convenient shuttle service to the theme parks and the availability of a cafe/bar that was open early and late. the location was also a key factor for me, being close to the Disney parks. the pool was another advantage, allowing me to relax and cool off after a long day.

Worst aspects of my stay were the limited availability of the shuttle bus, which made it a hassle to secure a spot. Additionally, the lack of more shuttle times for the return trip was inconvenient.

The room was very clean and spacious, and I loved the balcony with outdoor seating.

Check-in was a mess; I was told there were no rooms available despite my reservation. Noisy guests arrived at 1:30 AM and made it hard to sleep.

Conveniently located near shopping areas and restaurants, making it easy to get around. Ample parking available, and the staff at the front desk and maintenance department were wonderful.

The room doors seemed to transmit a lot of sound, which could be bothersome. Also, the entry to the hotel could be confusing, especially at night.

We loved everything about this hotel!! Comfortable rooms, great pool, fabulous breakfast, perfect location, private parking. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was spot on.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Orlando. The staff were friendly and informative, and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was wonderful, with both indoor and outdoor options, plus two jacuzzi/whirlpool tubs. I also appreciated the variety of amenities available in the village setting, such as the breakfast cafe, the Bistro for snacks and beverages, and the small souvenir shop. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to parks, stores, restaurants, and even a car rental service onsite. it was a clean and comfortable hotel experience.

The only minor issue was the mattress on the bed, which had a noticeable slant on one side. Otherwise, everything was ok.

Additionally, we felt safe and secure with the gated entrance and key card access. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided us with a great night's sleep. The staff, especially the housekeeping woman, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. We were also pleased with the hotel's cleanliness and the available facilities. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely choose to stay here again for future trips.

Our stay at the hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great AC and a nice temperature. The location was perfect, close to outlets and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though there could have been more attending staff at times. a very satisfying experience.

The breakfast option could have been improved.

I had an amazing time at this hotel for my 40th birthday weekend. The property was spotless and in a fantastic location, close to a variety of restaurants and the outlet mall. The staff were incredibly attentive and promptly took care of any issues we had, even giving us a discount on our stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again, although I wish the Starbucks in the hotel could accept the app!

The only thing that could have made the breakfast menu better was if they offered more vegetarian options.
