Stayed in the heart of downtown Bay City, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and historical buildings. The friendly staff and dependable service made me feel right at home. Enjoyed a hot cup of coffee in my room and a delicious free breakfast in the morning. So convenient!

Parking was such a thrill with no available spaces. Couldn't get enough of circling the block looking for a spot.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful decor to the comfortable beds. The location was perfect for exploring the downtown district and walking to the downtown shops. The staff was outstanding, providing exceptional customer service and a warm farewell with a goody bag for my trip back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was right in the middle of everything. We were able to easily walk to the nearby Riverfront for a nice stroll and also visit restaurants in the area. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and all the hotel facilities were exactly what we expected. Additionally, the staff was truly exceptional. They promptly addressed any issues we had, like when our heater malfunctioned, and they even went above and beyond to secure extra parking for us when they ran out of spots. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The manager, Kelly, was very welcoming and provided us with lots of local information. She helped us find attractions in the area and recommended outdoor activities in the Upper Peninsula. the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was super clean. We got a great deal and the breakfast selection was fantastic. the location was ideal as we were able to walk to all the antique shops and even had lunch at the Great Gatsby, which was just a short distance away. the proximity to the riverfront allowed for a relaxing walk along the concrete path. it was a wonderful trip and I can't thank Mike and the team enough for their hospitality.

I absolutely loved my stay at Comfort Inn. As a member of a dance team, I've stayed at many hotels, but this one really stood out. The decor was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. The hotel was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the fresh sheets and pillowcases. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even providing a goody bag for our trip back. Kudos to the assistant manager Kelly and Housekeeping manager Moma Bea for their superb service.

The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the river and bridge. The fridge and microwave in the room were a convenient addition. The front desk clerk was very helpful and professional, providing assistance when needed. I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn.
