Hotel Fenix Gran Melia provides a truly welcoming experience, with attentive staff and charming decor reminiscent of a classic era. The hotel's prime location in Salamanca makes it a shopping paradise, and I especially appreciated their complimentary daily treats and high-quality breakfast options. However, some bathrooms in the suites can feel a bit cramped.

The rooftop hot tub was a sweet treat, even with the jets being a bit weak. Daily surprises from the staff made us feel so special. Plus, the Red Level lounge had top-notch food and drinks whenever we wanted—good for saving bucks!

Just a bit of a mission getting coffee up on the rooftop. would’ve loved a quick cup without dining in the restaurant.

The Grand Premium Room was great with a hot tub that was private. Loved having amenities like a flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and plush bathrobe. The breakfast selection had everything from fresh pastries to healthy options. Spa services were fantastic, especially the couples massage. Staff really went above and beyond with treats daily. Great location for shopping!

I stayed for three nights and found the location perfect for shopping. I enjoyed the complimentary food and drinks in the Red Level lounge. However, the reception area was smaller than what I expected from a luxury place. I found it frustrating that I couldn't grab a coffee on the roof terrace unless I dined in the restaurant, even when it was empty. Overall, a good experience despite some letdowns.

Located in a safe area, it’s perfect for shopping and dining. Talented staff spoiled us with delightful daily treats and a fantastic red level lounge. Enjoyed the Thai massage – absolutely unforgettable! !

I experienced frustrating room discrepancies. a promised upgrade wasn't given. Also, noise from neighboring rooms often disrupted the peace, making it challenging to relax. I expected more from a luxury hotel,, especially regarding amenities.

The deceptive room size caused some surprise!!! Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted relaxation!!! Gym amenities were underwhelming considering the hotel’s prestige!!! Rooms missing basic necessities was disappointing!!! Renovation clatter wasn't expected!!!

Staying in the Grand Premium Room with a hot tub was awesome! The bed was super comfy, and the spacious layout made it feel really luxurious. The bathroom had great quality toiletries, and I loved how they had in-room chocolates waiting for me. Plus, the view from the room was a nice touch. Just a bummer about the hot tub jets being a bit weak, but having that private space was still a win. Definitely one of the more relaxing stays I've had!
