This B&B is conveniently located in the Glen area, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding towns like Ardara and Donegal. It is very close to the town centre, within walking distance of pubs, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious, with homemade bread and pastries. The host is friendly and welcoming, providing great service throughout the stay. The location also offers a nice view from the bedrooms.

Some guests mentioned issues with the bathroom, such as having to share it with multiple guests or experiencing a lack of hot water for showers.

From the grand interior to the luxurious amenities, every aspect is thoroughly impressive. the location is ideal for exploring the surrounding areas, and the beach access is a major bonus. the garden area provides the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon, and the room advantages are truly exclusive. the picnic area and packed lunch options are perfect on, the, go, and the special diet menus cater to all dietary needs.

One minor issue we encountered was the limited private facilities. this was easily overlooked as the overall experience was exceptional.

The warm welcome we received from the hostess was wonderful and started our Christmas off right. Our room was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. the continental breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and cold meats. the location was perfect for exploring the town, with great restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

We didn't have any negative experiences or dislikes regarding the guesthouse or the services offered. we had an amazing Christmas experience and would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area.

Lovely cosy house with great big beds. Stellar location right outside the main town. Quiet enough for a great sleep, but close enough to walk to all the pubs and restaurants in minutes. Extremely nice host, very helpful for advice on what to see. Will be staying here next time we make the trip to Ardara.

hillhead house bed & breakfast in ardara was an absolute delight! the location in the center was perfect, and the welcome we received with cake and chocolates made our valentine's weekend extra special. the owner, irene, was incredibly helpful with recommendations for the caves, waterfall, and slieve league. the breakfast was delicious and the warm, cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. highly recommend!
