This hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to all the attractions of Susukino and not far from some popular landmarks. The subway is also conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-equipped with useful amenities like a washing machine and a Japanese style bathtub. The facilities are great and the staff provide excellent service.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenience of having a washing machine and microwave in the room. the hotel's location was also excellent, just a short walk away from the train station and convenience stores. I especially enjoyed being able to walk to the city center within 10-15 minutes. the room was spacious enough for a medium and large luggage.

The plastic usage during breakfast was excessive and unnecessary. Left luggage service was not available which was inconvenient for short-stay guests.

You can take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a picnic surrounded by lush greenery. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the nearest subway station, making it easy to explore the city. If you're arriving by plane, you'll be pleased to know that the hotel is not far from the airport bus stop, providing a hassle-free journey to and from the airport.

One downside of the hotel is the lack of hooks or clotheslines in the rooms, which can make it challenging to dry your laundry properly.

Our stay at Classe Stay in Sapporo was fantastic! The room was spacious and well-designed, with a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchenette equipped with a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the convenient location near Nakajima Koen Metro Station and the abundance of nearby convenience stores. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch, although a little more variety would have been appreciated. Despite the lack of hooks for hanging clothes, the hotel provided laundry facilities, making packing lighter a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sapporo.
